From Our Friend Kelley:

It's Kelley here, bringing you an update on our two-week vacation with Maciek & Johannas.

My best friend Nicole came with me and basically we spent the whole time laying in the sun by the pool with the guys each morning. It was kind of hard for Nicole and I to tell if we were getting darker because we had the privilege of laying next to two very brown sailors. So it wasn't until we were back in the very cold Toronto that we noticed that we were darker than everyone around us. Yeehaw!! Maciek filled you in on a bit of our Thanksgiving with my family in his last update but we had a wonderful time with my family that evening after spending the entire day sun bathing by the pool. My dad is by far my favorite cook in the entire universe with the great help of my sister Kim so we went home that evening with full tummies and left-overs for days. We went to several services at my church and pretty much each night followed a trip to some restaurant where we vegged out on pizza, Clam Chowder soup, ice cream and many other yummy meals. For anyone who doesn't know my family, we are all about good restaurants which I think was much different then the guys evening meals on the boat which included it Spam sandwiches and onions and other "fun" stuff. So I was very happy to take them to great restaurants to show them what living in Miami with my family is all about.

We did lots of shopping and spent many of our evenings either watching movies at the apartment or hanging out at different bar/restaurants with Kim (my sister) and her friend Mike. The guys seemed to really like Mike, as Kim tells us, everyone that meets Mike loves him. He surely kept us company with his dancing and interesting stories. Johannas showed us some of his moves once which was quite the event also!!! My little sister Kristen spent a lot of time with us too, she's the cute little blonde in some of the pictures.
